Off The Wall Snack

This is totally non-sequitor but I had the munchies today and made one of my favorite all time healthy munchie foods,

too easy

equal parts of

Karo Light Corn Syrup
Peanut Butter
Powdered Milk

Stir it all up real well in a large bowl
roll out some waxed paper
heavily dust it with Powdered Milk
Knead/Roll it into the Powdered Milk Until the Outside isn't sticky

Roll it Out to about 2" thick
Roll it up tight in the waxed paper
Refrigerate
When Hard, Slice and Serve

the fun thing is you can do anything with this
roll it out and cut it out with cookie cutters
add a filling and roll it up jelly roll style
and you can add anything to it
from cheerios-granola
raisins/craisins-dried banana's
choclolate chips

it's one of my favorite stealth health snacks for kids
