Living Room Detail Pieces

Some of the pics I've put up really don't do the woodwork justice, a buddy left a camera to play with so..... Natually Photobucket's lost it's mind, but it's cool Here I can load them right off the Hard Drive, other Places you need a link. But for now
Here are the Pieces on the Big Aquarium, this is J's work, the big one is a jewelry box.
the two smaller flanking ones are post apocalypse wire sculpture, J is a wildman for detail. Right now we're gathering the parts for a mobile robot sculpture, lots of lights chrome and cool paint with some wood trim to give it contrast.
In the mean time Here's another Jewelry box in the living room. The Table was Made Here too, we're pretty Multi Medium, Wood, Glass, Metal, Food, Upholstery, whatever, its all fun.
To Create Feed's the Soul, to Destroy is to have lost it.
Most of My Wood work is either much smaller, Pipes, Pinewood derby Cars or much bigger, Guitars, Amps & Speaker Cabinets. Metal's the same way, it's either really big, or I do the details. Mainly though I just keep the computers running and do the absolutely bizarre electronics on the cars. The Wiring on the Conti would piss off the Pope, It's got all the original Gauges, Lights and Switches, plus a full set of Moderns Hidden down the dash. An Extra Pair of Electric Fans on a thermistor, Running Lights on the Rims and the Stereo right now consists of 5Disc Pioneer in the trunk, 4) 12', 4) 6" mids, 4) Ribbon Tweeters, a 2 channel 500 watt on the woofers (electronic x-over at 200hz down), 2 channel 300 watt, (electric x-over at 150 hz up), and a passive x-over at 2500hz down for the mids and 2000hz up for the tweeters.
Subject to change as cars and parts become available.

Woot
big fun

  1. That's some damn fine work!
Do you, or have you thought of selling your creations?
There is a big market for original, unique works of art, whether it be electronics, cars or wood.
